Finance & Administration Officer DELF-FAO-001
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, budgets, and expenditure tracking for projects and organizational operations.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and administrative support services.
- Support grant budgeting, financial compliance, and donor reporting requirements.
- Assist in office administration, logistics coordination, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in finance, administration, accounting, or operations management is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum age 22 years.
Community Outreach Assistant DELF-COA-002
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of community-based economic programs.
- Mobilise youth, women, and enterprises for program participation.
- Coordinate outreach events, training activities, and community sessions.
- Collect field data, monitor participation, and prepare activity reports.
- Liaise with local government and community leadership structures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any relevant field.
- No prior experience required — full training provided.
- Proficiency in English; local or regional languages an added advantage.
- Strong community engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field environments.
Program Development & Grants Manager DELF-PDGM-003
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage grant funding frameworks and selection processes.
- Coordinate funding support for SMEs, NGOs, schools, and social enterprises.
- Develop strategic partnerships with donors and development agencies.
- Monitor program implementation and ensure measurable impact outcomes.
- Prepare donor reports, program evaluations, and strategic plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Experience in grant management or program coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent English communication and reporting abilities.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist DELF-MEL-004
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEL systems to track program performance and impact.
- Analyse data from funding programs, scholarships, and community projects.
- Produce impact reports and visualisations for stakeholders and donors.
- Support continuous learning and program improvement strategies.
- Build MEL capacity among field teams and implementing partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Knowledge of impact evaluation methodologies and development metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or similar tools.
- Experience with reporting frameworks (logframes, results frameworks).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Community Health Assistant DELF-CHA-005
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of community health and wellness programs.
- Conduct community outreach and health awareness activities.
- Assist in mobilizing communities for health campaigns, screenings, and training sessions.
- Collect field data, monitor community participation, and prepare activity reports.
- Support coordination of public health education initiatives and community engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Community Health, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Knowledge of community health practices and public health awareness programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in community and field-based environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
