We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 1–2 business days. During peak periods such as around funding call deadlines, response times may extend slightly to 3–4 business days. For urgent matters, we recommend calling our Amsterdam office directly.
All grant applications and funding-related correspondence should be sent to grants@delffoundation.org. Please include the relevant job or grant reference number in the subject line to ensure prompt routing to the correct team member.
In-person visits to any of our offices require a prior appointment. Please contact the relevant regional office by email to schedule a meeting. Walk-in visits without appointments cannot be guaranteed an audience with the appropriate team.
If you have already submitted a job application and have not received an acknowledgement within 5 business days, please email careers@delffoundation.org with your name, the position title, and the reference number you applied for. All applicants receive a response regardless of outcome.
For media enquiries, interview requests, press releases, and publication permissions, please use the "Media / Press" option in our contact form or email info@delffoundation.org with "MEDIA" in the subject line. Our communications team will respond within 24 hours for time-sensitive requests.
Absolutely. DELF Foundation actively welcomes strategic partnership proposals from development organisations, research institutions, governments, private sector actors, and civil society groups.
