How to Apply
A simple, transparent four-step process. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, early submission is strongly encouraged.

Complete the application form and gather all supporting documents including your project proposal, itemised budget, governance documents, and key personnel CVs.
Send your completed application package to grants@delffoundation.org with the subject line "Grant Application – [Organisation Name]". Acknowledge receipt if you do not hear back within 48 hours.
All applications are reviewed within 2–5 working days. Successful applicants are contacted for further assessment. All applicants receive a response regardless of outcome.

Yes, provided each proposal represents a distinct, independent initiative or project with its own objectives, budget, and impact framework. Duplicate or near-identical submissions will not be considered.
Initial review takes 2–5 working days. Shortlisted applicants are then invited for a deeper assessment which may include an interview or site visit. The full process from submission to final decision typically takes 2–4 weeks.
